Saturday Night 'olah

‘olah is a Hebrew word for burnt offering. It reflects movement and a direction. It imagines the smoke of the offering rising upward onto the mountain of God and into His very presence. It speaks of an ascent. This is ‘olah for us a going-up-journey from our day-to-day existence, toils, frustrations, failures and struggles into the high presence of God Himself.

Prophetic Word given through Marguerite Ragain on Sunday, April 11

The kingdom of heaven is like a precious church called Lookout Mountain Community Church. Through the wiles of the enemy and our flesh, came a great seperation, divorce. Some left angry, some left confused and saddened, some left because they were called out by the Lord.  Some stayed in anger, some stayed in confuson and sadness, some stayed because they felt called of the Lord to stay at LMCC. What the enemy meant for destruction, God turned around for good, for His Name sake.

Mark 4:30-32  The kingdom of God is like a grain of  mustard  seed, which, when it is sown  in the earth, is less than all seeds that be in the earth: But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.

The kingdom of God is like LMCC, it is full of flavor, filled with the zest of His life. And because the Father is present, there is healing for all. We have become a home to the homeless, a church to the churchless, and a cool retreat to the heavy burdened. Glory to God!
